Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate and solid industry connections to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand BuyLetLive’s presence in the Nigerian-Diaspora property market. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of developers across Nigeria, hands-on experience with CRM tools, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities with developers, agents, and property seekers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key property developers across Nigeria.
- Use CRM tools to manage client pipelines, track leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote BuyLetLive’s brand and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management review.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales (preferably with a PropTech or real estate firm).
- Strong network and knowledge of major developers in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian property market and real estate trends.
