MAIN DUTIES AND TASKS
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
Keep a record of sales trends.
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Suggest sales process improvements.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Develop monthly sales reports.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Maintain customers’ records and keep all field reports.
Utilize and maintain company property according to laid down policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit activity report for the attention of the Sales Manager.
Any other tasks as assigned.
