Job Summary

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new deals for our real estate offers. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Go for networking events to connect with potential clients
  • Prepare eye-catching slides and walkthrough for clients
  • Book Inspections with clients
  • Communicate with other team members.


Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate
  • 0- 2 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000
