We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.


SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Learn details about our products and services
  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Follow up with hot selling
  • Identify buyer persona profiles
  • Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
  • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
  • Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
  • Identify most important sales KPIs
  • Track and monitor your work
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Attend sales educational events and seminars
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Report to management team


SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Undergraduate Degree in Any Field.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in doing sales
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
  • Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company‚Äôs success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Good time-management skills
