Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilties:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/Degree.
  • 3 years of work experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in enterprise IT sales.
  • Ability to work with potential customers to consult on technology challenges that enables them to adopt our comprehensive range of IT solutions and services. 
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure the realization of company objectives. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.
  • Willingness to assist the business development efforts through your own business and professional network.
  • Ability to generate, follow up and close sales lead through e-mails, phone calls, cold calls, visits, et cetera.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the Customer Success concept.
  • Able to manage customer lifecycle for sales success
  • Any other duties assigned by the Team Lead
