In this role, you will prospect and sell ISN’s diagnostic products, build strong customer relationships, and deliver on sales targets while creating value for clients across your assigned region.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Attend meetings, events and trainings to keep abreast with industry trends
- Present, promote and sell ISN products to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calls, office visitations, emails, proposals or any other sales techniques
- Implement all ISN sales strategies at different locations while paying strict adherence to SOPs
- Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory
- Constantly recommend ISN diagnostic products to customers to drive new product awareness and increase in revenue
- Recommend product offerings and promotional sales programs to new and existing ISN customers
- Display clear understanding of individual and team sales targets to improve volume of sales
- Maximize understanding of local buying behaviours to increase the volume of sales in specific locations
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members within locality to achieve or surpass agreed upon sales targets and outcome within scheduled time
Relationship Management
- Manage customers’ unique expectations in regional localities to improve pre-sales and post sales relationship with ISN which results in revenue growth
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with ISN new and existing customers
- Liaise with the Key Accounts teams to ensure the resolution of all customers problems and complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting
- Monitor territory/market potentials, track sales and status reports
- Provide ISN management with market report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and new product potential
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in medical laboratory or diagnostic equipment (advantageous).
- Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic instruments.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to support customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
