- The job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and prospecting activities.
- Core functions shall be Sales & Marketing, Key Account Management, New account generation, and Market Research.
- Academic qualification of a BSc / BA Degree in any relevant field
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Sales experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to sell luxury real estate off-plan products
- Has good professional work ethics
- Has a wide range of prospect networks and is conversant with the terrain of operation
- Good customer service etiquette
- Should be affiliated with Realtor groups
- Passionate about sales and marketing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
- Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.
- Remuneration: NGN 50,000 - 70,000
