Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and increase the revenue of the company . The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing existing clients and achieving sales targets.

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present products and services to prospective clients, tailoring the presentation to their needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve the company’s sales goals.
  • Manage and provide support to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales. (3 - 5 years)
  • HMO/Benefits marketing experience is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of the HR industry
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
