Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, tailoring the presentation to their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve the company’s sales goals.
- Manage and provide support to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales. (3 - 5 years)
- HMO/Benefits marketing experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of the HR industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
