Job Summary

We are a real estate company and are currently looking to hire an experienced, resourceful, and result-oriented sales executive with a proven track record in sales to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, field marketing, and social media marketing
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 


Requirements: 

  • Great team player
  • Minimum Academic qualification of an HND/ degree in marketing, business administration, or any related discipline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be creative and self-motivated
  • Candidates within Berger and environ will be an added advantage.
  • About 3-5 years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely negotiation skills
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Market knowledge
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills


Location: Berger, Lagos. The preferred candidate must reside within the Berger and her environs.
