Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. The role requires a target-driven individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage new and existing clients to promote dental supplies and lab services.
  • Visit new prospects (dental clinics and hospitals) to introduce Smileville’s products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with the supply to ensure timely delivery.
  • Actively promote company products and services to dental clinics, hospitals, and relevant professionals.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring smooth communication and service flow.
  • Monitor and track sales progress, maintain accurate records, and update client pipelines regularly.
  • Support social media efforts by creating or suggesting basic content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and outreach events as a company representative.
  • Gather and document client feedback to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Assist in implementing promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • 1–3 years’ proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised while managing client pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM or tracking tools
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for business use
  • Willingness to make regular field visits and represent the company at events and exhibitions
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
