Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Identify and secure sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate the company’s product portfolio to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Lagos and Nigeria at large.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Lagos and neighboring regions.
