Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of medical equipment and diagnostic products in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Identify and secure sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate the company’s product portfolio to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Lagos and Nigeria at large.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Lagos and neighboring regions.
