Job Summary
IT Support Specialist works with our technical partners and sales team to provide technical solutions to identified customers’ needs. Provide technical training to sales team and customers in the use of our products, reports incidents and troubleshoot to identify and fix either software or hardware failures.

- Generate leads for the business and nurture relationships with customers.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
- Working with Technical Support Team to deliver value that meets the customer expectations
- Sales Executives should have a passion for selling, be self-driven
- The ability to add value and build sales volume.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

Qualifications:
- First Degree (A strong sales performance with lesser qualifications may be considered).
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in sales or marketing
