Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Executive is responsible for growing the Close-Guard Technology business which encompasses smart home solutions in a defined territory through prospecting for new clients
  • The Sales Executive must have domain knowledge of business requirements and workflow.
  • The successful candidate must be able to quickly learn and understand the Close-Guard Technology Solutions stack in a short period of time.
  • Effectively position and demonstrate the Close-Guard products and solutions through a consultative sales process.
  • Driving/accelerating sales to achieve defined sales targets and territory objectives.
  • Growing market share by closely collaborating with real estate developers
  • Be the voice of the customer to inform on market trends and requirements.
  • Develops new opportunities and creates solutions based on data from customer inquiries
  • Convert leads provided by marketing campaigns to solid sales opportunities
  • Drive key customer retention planning and strategies, bringing domain expertise relevant to the customer
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs of the business
  • Provide market insight back to the backend R&D team to help drive and grow the business

  • World-class selling skills
  • Strong business development, prospecting, and consultative/solutions-based selling skills
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • History of sales success
  • Presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Emotional resilience
  • Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
  • Ability to develop a strong network of industry contacts
  • Previous experience working in the real estate industry is an advantage
