Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for IT products and solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships, and understand their networking and telecommunications needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of IT products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales support.
- Work closely with internal teams including pre-sales engineers, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management.
- Address and resolve any post-sales issues or concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Sales Executive or similar field
- Proven track record as a Sales Executive
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
