The Sales Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the daily operations of the sales team and ensure a smooth sales process. This position needs to serve as a bridge between the sales team and other departments to ensure that customer orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in processing and following up on customer orders, from order receipt, and processing to shipment tracking
- Prepare sales reports, data analysis, and other related documents.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, customer visits, and demonstrations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing sales plans and goals.
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors.
- 2+ years of sales support or coordination experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability.
