The Business Development & Sales Associate will drive sales, manage customer interactions, and contribute to the growth of our business. This role is integral in executing market strategies, maintaining key customer touchpoints, and ensuring an exceptional experience within our therapeutic healing space.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s offerings and communicate the value of the therapeutic healing space
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, address their needs, and negotiate deals.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to potential customers.
  • Manage customer interactions across email, web, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve offerings and service delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve objections professionally.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to grow the online community and drive engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to comments and inquiries.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, assess customer needs, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Propose innovative strategies to improve sales and drive business expansion.
  • Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, or conferences to promote the brand.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build networks and partnerships.
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of the gallery environment, including reasonable handling of exhibits.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support business profitability and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
