Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing events and experiences in the resort for guests.
• Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Requirements:

• Market Planning and Marketing skills
• Experience in conducting market research
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus with at least five (5) years of experience in a similar role in any 5-star hotel in Lagos.
• Experience in any 4- or 5-star hotel on the island is an added advantage.
