Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Government Contract Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to secure contracts with government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Navigate the procurement processes and build strong relationships with key government officials and decision-makers.
- Enterprise-Level Sales: Develop and implement strategies to win contracts and close deals with large enterprises & high net worth Individuals in the private sector. Position King of CMS Consulting as the go-to provider for EdTech, AI, and FinTech solutions.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships. Expand the company’s presence across different sectors by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets government and enterprise clients. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, outreach, and deal closure.
- Tech Hub Growth and Management: Lead efforts to grow and manage our tech hubs, ensuring that they are positioned as leading spaces for innovation and collaboration. Develop and implement strategies to attract business to our programs.
- Program Marketing and Execution: Design and promote tech programs, workshops, and events that align with King of CMS Consulting's mission. Ensure successful execution and high participation rates in these initiatives.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute robust sales strategies that target the EdTech, AI, and FinTech markets. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, driving both local and international sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners within the tech industry. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Digital and Traditional Marketing: Lead the marketing efforts for King of CMS Consulting’s tech offerings through both digital and traditional channels. This includes social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and event promotions.
- Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this information to refine sales and marketing strategies and position King of CMS Consulting as a leader in the tech space.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a technical background is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech sales, marketing, and program management, with a focus on growing tech ecosystems and managing tech spaces.
- Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, including startups, incubators, accelerators, and tech communities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully promoting tech programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.
