Our client is looking to hire a sales advisor. As a sales advisor your primary objective is to sell insurance products to individuals and corporate bodies. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Applicants are required to sell insurance products to individuals and corporate bodies
- Applicants are also expected to manage relationships with clients and policy holders.
- Learn company's products and services offering, features and pricing
- Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indication regularly
- Identify current sales process and bottleneck and inconsistencies
- Stay up to date with the industrial situations and benchmark
- Stay up to date with latest sales trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition
Job Specification:
• Minimum of OND qualification with at least two years sales experience OR
• Minimum of HND qualification with at least one year sales experience
• Applicants must be 26 years and above as at the time of application
Remuneration:
Salary is attractive and includes incentives for high performing sales advisors
