Job Description


·         Sales Forecasting, Planning and Administration

·         Implementation, Coordination and Control of all Sales & Marketing activities

·         Provides Back Office Support and Feedbacks to Field Sales Team Members in pursuit of agreed Sales Objectives/Targets highlighting deviations and specifying corrective measures to close observed Sales Performance Gaps

·         Manages and Coordinates Daily Activities and Operations of Sales & Marketing Back Office

·         Attends and represents Sales & Marketing Department in all meetings with other Departments and External Agencies

·         Liaises with Logistics Department for speedy and Seamless Delivery on time and in full (OTF) of created Sales Orders to Distributors

·         Tracks and publishes daily/weekly/monthly Sales Performance Report by each Sales Team Member, Sales Territories, Sales Districts, Distributors and by categories

·         Collation, Analyses, and Disseminates all Sales Performance Reports for the Sales Force including but not limited to:

•       Daily Sales and Delivery Reports

•       Cumulative Sales and Delivery Reports

Weekly Sales Commitment Report


·         Seamless Management of Sales & Marketing Back Office

·         Collation and rendition of accurate Sales Performance Reports timely for Management decisions making

·         Resolution of issues/challenges and providing timely feedbacks to Field Sales Team Members



·         Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences: Marketing, Economics, Business, Management; Mathematics; Statistics or any other relevant discipline

·         Relevant work experience will be beneficial
