Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven lubricants Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships in the lubricants industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the lubricants market and excellent sales and leadership skills

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Sales Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific sales plans.

Product Knowledge and Marketing:

  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Conduct product training sessions for the sales team and customers.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
