Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the activities of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations Teams to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, making recommendations for optimization as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in a relevant discipline with a strong preference for a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and business development.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and social intelligence, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record, and thorough knowledge of the road network in Lagos.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong assertive personality with excellent listening skills.
