We’re seeking an experienced professional to join a leading financial services institution as Risk Manager. This pivotal role will help shape enterprise risk practices and drive organizational resilience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Conduct risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across business units.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Support executives in embedding a strong risk culture.
- Provide risk insights for strategic decision-making.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of relevant experience in risk management, ideally within financial services/insurance.
Professional certifications (IRM, RIMS-CRMP, CFA, CFE, etc.) are an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management ability.
