- Attend to all walk-in customers’ requests and manage customer relationships for Solar products/services.
- Respond to sales inquiries, interface with customers and attend to all stock and resource management requests.
- Organize all store operations and complete store operational requirements.
- Liaise with the digital marketing team to prepare promotional materials and displays.
- Liaise with Head office sales teams to design and deploy customer-specific requests.
- Communicate store, brand, competitor and customer intelligence to aid in the delivery of the overall sales plan.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports.
- OND/HND/BSC in any science course preferably in the field of Engineering.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers especially MS office packages.
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, having a friendly and welcoming disposition.
- Should be knowledgeable in skills of creating commercial awareness.
- Preferably female for gender balancing.
- Residing within commutable distance to Lekki will be an added advantage.
