Retail Fast Food Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Direct all operational aspects including day to day operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop growth targets and associated action plans to grow key categories
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Job Requirements:
  • Proven successful experience as retail, sales or fast food branch manager
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Customer management skills
  • Strong coaching and people management development skills
  • Leadership and human resources management skills including at least 4 years leading teams
