Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Developer based in Ado Ekiti, Ikere Ekiti (West) The Retail Developer will be responsible for planning and executing retail development strategies such as:
1. Expanding into new markets.
2. Securing new store locations.
3. Optimizing existing ones, while also managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
A Retail Developers role also involves a blend of Strategic Planning, Market Research, Lease Negotiation, Project Management, and Collaboration with various teams such as [marketing, sales, and supply chain]
Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Development, Relationship Management, and Sales Promotion
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Collection, and Data Analysis
- Competence in Event Coordination, Retail Campaign Planning, and Experiential Marketing
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and multitask effectively
- Minimum qualification of OND above
