We are looking for a restaurant manager who will be responsible for managing employees and for planning, marketing, coordinating, and administering restaurant services such as the menu, quality of food, staff services, and accommodation facilities.
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Planning and managing budgets
- Recruiting and training of staff.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Ensure prompt response to customers' complaints
- Oversee and coordinate restaurant staff.
- Appraise staff and give relevant feedback for their improvement.
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND
- Good communication skills.
- Financial management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate other members of staff
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good leadership skills
- The ability to discipline other members of staff.
