Remote Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in daily work, including tracking sales progress and customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional customer service.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Maintain and update customer database to ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare sales reports and analysis, and provide data support and sales recommendations.
• Work with the marketing team to drive marketing activities and customer engagement.
• Manage and track sales contracts and orders to ensure a smooth process.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience with a minimum of SSCE academic qualification
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers and team members.
• Good organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Candidates with international sales experience or cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in selling technology products or services is preferred.
