Remote Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online meetings
  
• Identify and develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
• Prepare and present product and service introductions
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance indicators
• Collect feedback on market and customer information and make suggestions for improvement
• Assist in formulating sales strategies and participate in the implementation of sales plans
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide quality customer service
• Regularly prepare sales reports to report on work progress and performance

Requirements:

• College degree or above, marketing, business management, or related majors preferred
• At least 2 years of sales or related work experience, remote sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a team spirit
• Passionate about sales and strong execution
