Job Summary
A reputable financial institution is currently recruiting to fill the role of Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking. The individual will be responsible for the acquisition of new Commercial banking clients and expansion, retention and servicing of existing relationships to increase the bank’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate incremental revenue for the bank
- Independently analyze the credit strengths and weaknesses of prospective borrowers and make loan decisions.
- Make recommendations on loan pricing that are competitive within the banking sector while achieving profitability for the bank
- Effective relationship management to deliver the financial and non-financial targets for the portfolio
Key Skills / Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of experiencemanaging
high value private or commercial banking relationships in a reputable
financial institution
- Must possess Credit evaluation skills and understanding of Credit principles and applications
- Excellent Relationship management skills
- Must be a self-starter with ability to take ownership of high-profile relationships with minimal supervision
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
