Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate sales teams to improve performance
- Develop new market opportunities and maintain customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies
- Provide sales reports and market feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, marketing or related majors
- 2 years of sales experience, 1 year of sales management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, results-oriented
- Familiar with the Abuja market, regional management experience
