Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Regional Promoters Managers to lead and manage a team of Regional Promoters in various global regions. Your primary duties include promoting our brand, generating revenue from our website and social media, booking artists, athletes, sports teams, and events, arranging tours, and advancing the company’s business plans. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing significant earning potential.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote our services, brand, and business plans.
  • Generate revenue through our website, social media platforms, and direct bookings.
  • Book artists, athletes, sports teams, and sporting events.
  • Arrange and promote tours and events.
  • Lead a team of up to 10 Regional Promoters Members.
  • Delegate tasks and projects to team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Generate your own leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate to collectively generate $100 million USD in revenue with your team.
  • Attend mandatory weekly meetings every Sunday at 8 AM Los Angeles time via a free calling app.


Represent one of the following regions:  

  • South Asia, Asia Pacific, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Western Asia, Oceania 
  • Gulf Cooperation Council, Turtle Island Beyond North (Canada, Mexico, USA, including Alaska and Greenland) 
  • Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Middle Africa 
  • Turtle Island Beyond South (South America), Turtle Island Beyond Central (Central America) 
  • Middle East, Central Asia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe 
  • Transcaucasia, Western Africa, Europe  


Compensation:

  • 15% commission for booking tours, and events, and securing artists, athletes, or sports teams.
  • 10% commission for revenue generated from our website, social media, and business plans.
  • Upon your team generating a total of USD 100 million, you will earn an additional USD 200,000 in calendar year compensation, while still earning your regular commissions.
