Job Description/Requirements
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Identify top talent by assessing applicants skills and experience.
- Utilize digital and social platforms to post and promote job openings.
- Match qualified candidates to the specific requirements of the organization.
- Build client relationships through cold calling and recruitment service promotion.
- Implement reliable interviewing and selection strategies to ensure timely candidate evaluation.
- Fulfilling recruitment objectives and supporting revenue-generating outcomes.
- Updating the company database with candidate profiles and contact data for future reference.
- Manage candidate communications and develop impactful relationships during the hiring process.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in administering diverse interview techniques such as structured, behavioral, and stress interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
- Experienced in managing recruitment initiatives via social media platforms.
- Proficient in clear communication and building positive relationships.
- Excellent at organizing workflows and schedules.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
