Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and learners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain attendance and student records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and scheduling.
  • Support staff with office organization, and communication needs between the parents and the school.


Requirements:

  • At least an OND certificate is required.
  • 2 years of working experience.
