Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets for client data and reports
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years’ admin/receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Remuneration: NGN100,000 Monthly
