Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a professional and highly organized Receptionist who will help create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client records
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Prepare and manage spreadsheets for client data and reports
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities



Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ admin/receptionist experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Remuneration: NGN100,000 Monthly
