The Receptionist at our client's hotel serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Guest Reception and Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly welcome.

Reservations and Inquiries:

  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and amenities.

Front Desk Operations:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Guest Services:

  • Assist guests with special requests, such as arranging transportation, making resta


Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
