Responsibilities:
Guest Reception and Check-In/Check-Out:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
Reservations and Inquiries:
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
Front Desk Operations:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Requirements:
