Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office by answering incoming calls, attending to visitors, replying to general correspondence, and dealing with enquiries.
- Providing and helping customers fill out an enquiry form
- Explaining the enrolment process to clients
- Documenting client's information in the Customer Relation Management system.
- Monitor and oversee the general cleanliness of the office.
- Coordinate general office activities such as office courier service, office telephone, office cleaning services, office utility bills (power, water, Wi-Fi, security)
- Be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of office equipment, and property; arrange for repairs when necessary. Make recommendations for new or additional office equipment as appropriate.
- Maintain a logbook on all company equipment.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies/stationary.
- Logging in staff complaints in the staff book and informing management as soon as the complaints are made.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area
