Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate real estate contracts (rental agreements, mortgage contracts, etc) and other conveyance documents
- Monitor legal risk on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in buying and selling real estate
- Perform litigation of any real property transaction.
- Research and identify any legal risks in the real estate documentation
- Prepare and review leases and amendments.
- Understand clients' requirements and advise accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Lawyer, Lawyer, Legal Advisor, or a similar position in the Legal industry.
