Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filling, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property databases.
- Process and manage paperwork related to real estate transactions.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments with real estate consultants and for property inspection.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to provide exceptional service
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture client relationships and generate business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
