Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures
- Research, analyze, and evaluate the quality of new company products.
- Periodically conduct product reviews and ratings
- Attend to customer's complaints/feedback on Company's product
- Maintain a daily and monthly record of returns and defective items
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
