Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to identify defects and bugs in software applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Continuously monitor and improve quality assurance processes, implementing best practices and methodologies to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Ensure software products meet regulatory requirements, such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify system requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools, like Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with Fintech products and services.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Certification in quality assurance or testing, such as ISTQB or CSTE.
