Job Summary
Assist the Purchasing Manager with supplier management, order placement, follow-up of the purchasing process, and ensure adequate inventory. You will maintain accurate purchasing records and coordinate communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily purchasing work, including supplier contact, order tracking, etc.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining supplier information and purchasing contracts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Assist in market research and find potential new suppliers and products.
- Track the execution of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in handling problems in purchasing, such as quality issues, delivery delays, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
- Careful and patient, able to handle a lot of detail work.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using office software and purchasing management systems.
