Your Responsibilities is to:
- Coordinate, meet and support our 3rd party contractors at our apartments; this means letting in painters, wallpaper installers, furniture builders, photographers, housekeepers, etc
- Arrange furniture and apartment items according to design mood boards and interior design instructions
- Respond to day-to-day guest requests, issues, and other outreach using the Cavier Service Principles
- Guide guests through the Cavier experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., upholstery stain removal, light bulb replacements, access to units, wifi connectivity or overseeing contractor appointments)
- Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks in our units.
