Job Summary

Communicate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects. Preferably a female.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Duties   

  1. Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track

  2. Assign new project tasks

  3. Work to improve the project process

  4. Ensure project aligns with set strategy and budget

  5. Organize and plan meetings with project manager

  6. Arrange and manage team goals/project schedules/new information and keeps all material up-to-date

  7. Communicate timeline changes and new information to team; tracks project changes and adjust schedules as needed

  8. Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings

  9. In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored

  10. Strategize with project manager when needed

  11. Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements


    REQUIREMENTS;

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field

    • Certification as a project management professional (PMP) is desirable.

    • Analytical Skills
