Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Project Architect to participate in various phases of project development from concept design to site execution. You will work with the lead architect to translate concept designs into working drawings and with the project manager to ensure quality and timely delivery of onsite projects.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural working/shop drawings using the required software (SketchUp, CAD, Revit).
- Outline & manage project schedules and timelines under the supervision of the project manager.
- On-site supervision of trade contractors & artisans until project completion and final handover.
- Manage vendor offsite production activity with weekly/bi-weekly check-ins to ensure deliverables follow the design and are within the timeline.
Requirements:
- 4 years of cognate experience in a similar role
- Degree in a relevant field
