Key Responsibilities
● Provide the first point of contact for enrolled students and course tutors
● Provide admin support for students and tutors on cohort-based programmes
● Respond to student emails and phone queries before and during the training
● Update Student learning platforms as required and in an expedited manner
● Check course-related online forums on a regular basis and respond/post information as and when required
● Serve as a point of contact and also engage employers who seek to work with Blossom Academy Nigeria
Education, Skills and Experience
● Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
● Excellent attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond on responsibilities
● Good time management
● Experience working in customer service and/or administration role is essential
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field
