Job Description/Requirements

1.    Responsible proposal development, report writing and programme organisation tasks and schedule management

 

2.    To work closely with all operational staff in Nigeria, Sierra Leone & The Gambia, coordinating programme information and data.

 

3.    Assist senior management in meeting proposal, projects & tasks deadlines

 

4.    Support the organisation to create & maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Nigeria including donors, partners & other parties as required

 

5.    Take responsibility for fundraising, budgeting, research and community outreach programs

 

6.    Co-ordinate program volunteers schedule and training

 

7.    Provide guidance and maintain frequent communication with program partners

 

8.    Develop best practices to improve overall program performance

 

9.    Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management

 

10. Establish good relationships with staff, members of the public and the media
