Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their grooming preferences and needs. Offer expert advice on haircuts, styles, and grooming options.
- Haircuts and Styling: Perform haircuts and styling for various hair types and lengths, including traditional and modern styles.
- Shaves and Trims: Provide precision shaves, beard trims, and other facial grooming services with attention to detail and client comfort.
- Grooming Services: Offer additional grooming services such as scalp treatments, eyebrow grooming, and facial massages as needed.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere, ensuring client satisfaction, and building lasting relationships.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop, including sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Product Recommendations: Advise clients on hair and beard care products, and recommend suitable options based on their needs and preferences.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in barbering, grooming techniques, and styles to offer contemporary and innovative services.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other barbers and shop staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of SSCE
Location: Ibadan
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 (Negotiable)
A year accommodation for people applying outside of Ibadan.
