Job Summary
Agenski Recycling is a recycling company based in Benin City, Edo state. We specialize in the recycling of paper, plastics, and metals. In the process creating opportunities for fellow Nigerians while improving the environment, we are looking to hire a Production Supervisor to join our team.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 4 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize production
- Focus on details
- Operate and maintain process control systems and equipment
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve any issues
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Respond to emergencies and implement emergency procedures as necessary
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Knowledge of process control systems and equipment
- Prepare daily and weekly report
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman/CEO
Requirements:
- Good understanding and technical knowledge of processing plant
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience leading a team of production technicians and support staff
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
