- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and resources while minimizing waste.
- Maintain production schedules and uphold high standards of workmanship.
- Must know how to make a cutting list.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the corporate furniture-making sector.
- Must be above 40 years old.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in preparing cutting lists and understanding technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
